It's Personal and it Works!
Everything we do for you is completely unique to your Wedding or Event so our Sales Process takes that into consideration.

At the heart of everything is Mrs Nerd listening to you, your story and your ideas so we know the exact look and feel you’re going for with everything. We need to know what makes you tick, why the theme you’ve chosen for your Wedding is so important to you both and which elements out of the theme are the ones closest to your heart.

Once we know your plans and everything else we then start with the exciting stuff but the start of everything is you having a chat with Mrs Nerd.
The Wow Factor
Everything we do is a one off and unique to you and your day. That's why you won't see a catalogue of 'off the shelf' stationery anywhere.
Say it Loud
It's your day, say it loud and proud with stationery unique to you and your Theme- we can incorporate everything you love about it.
Your stationery has to raise the roof just like the Day you have planned. Our job is to get everyone as excited as you are about your Day.
We love themes no matter how big, small or quirky. The better the idea you have the more we have to work with and the more unique and amazing everything will be.
Step 1- a Chat.
Pretty simple, either tap the big floating messenger button if you use Facebook or tap on the contact us button that’s on every page (one floats and there’s another towards the bottom of every page).
We then figure out exactly what you’re trying to achieve, swap notes and basically discuss your Day.
Step 2- the Ideas.
We know about you, we know what you’re trying to achieve and now we can start discussing your ideas, start throwing our ideas into the mix, explain in detail extra things we can do and how we can package everything together for you.
Everything we do is one off so this is a really crucial stage so we can really put together something that fits you perfectly.
Step 3- Quote with Options.
We have all the ideas now, we have tons of ideas from you and we’ve thrown our own ideas into the mix so the stage is nearly set.
We put together a full quote for you with a variety of options to suit all of the ideas we’ve discussed.
Step 4- Order Online.
You’ve settled on one of the options we’ve given in the quote and now you want to get everything moving. Luvly jubly! We’ll then give you the appropriate links and you just order online through the website but with a difference. We only take 50% of the total payment at the start.
Once we’ve designed everything and you’re over the moon with the lot you then pay your balance from the account section here on the website.
Step 5- the Design.
Now the fun stuff begins and we start putting down all the ideas and making them a reality. You;re included at every step of the way from initial design ideas right through to pre-print final draft.
It’s worth mentioning though that if you’ve approved our ideas right the way through design but then at the end (when we’re ready to print) you decide we have to start from scratch we’ll have to charge an extra fee because you already approved the designs so we have to start the whole design process again (and it isn’t quick).
Step 6- Woohoo.
You love the designs and the world is a wonderful place…woohoo, we did our job! Now you just login to your account and pay the remaining 50% and we get everything printed and then shipped to you.
Because we’re a little different we even personalise all the shipping materials to you and your design meaning even the box invites come in will echo your designs so you can even keep those as a keepsake.

We don't want anyone visiting us to feel overwhelmed by anything and we know first hand just how overwhelming and confusing things can initially be (we got married as well).
